“I saw Kyla who is fabulous a couple of times and she is extremely knowledgeable and excellent at what she does. When my benefits ran out I called the office to see if we could use my M.S.P. (as we are elegible for 10 visits a year). Kyla said she would speak to the manager as she is unfamiliar with the billing process. I got a message from the receptionist/manager She stated I could have the appt, pay in full and submit my bill to M.S.P for a $26.00 or $32.00 refund. Her tone of voice on my message sounded like she was insulted or that yhey were not going to make any money, hence she stated "we don't deal with M.S.P. (them) . Clearly she could have educated herself by googling it before responding like this request was below their standards. Snooty like. I would recomment Kyla the massage therapist and unfortunately I would not recommend the receptionist/manager or business for her ignorance and practices.”Read moreShow less
