“I met Trevor Clark after the Chilly Half Marathon in Burlington, where he was supporting runners post-race as an Osteopath. As someone who trains seriously and pays close attention to recovery, I was impressed. He helped release significant muscle tension after the race, and I felt great the very next day, which is not always a given after a hard effort. I live too far away to become a regular client, but I would absolutely recommend booking a session with him, especially if you’re an endurance athlete focused on performance and recovery.”Read moreShow less
