Or email info@soulhands.ca . Our cancellation fee is the full fee of the appointment. If you have booked your appointment within 24 hours it is considered confirmed and our cancellation policy applies if you need to cancel or reschedule.
We offer direct billing for most major insurance companies. When you fill out your health intake form the information, we need to direct bill will be collected there. If your insurance company is not on the drop-down list, please let us know so we can update our list!

“I had the pleasure of visiting Sould Hands on Tuesday for my first session. I was greeted by Chian, who was super friendly and professional. A coworker who swore by her referred me to Chian. I have been dealing with various aches and pains throughout the year, and Chian took the time to listen to my troubles and attempt to treat them. She was very thorough and was able to treat most of my pain points. She even offered a newer treatment service that was highly effective. “Chian is a very kind and gentle, and knowledgeable therapist. Her skills exudes in her gentle but strong hands.. With her skills, she is excellent in finding areas that are painful or tight and take considerable time in treating it. Through out the session I was very comfortable as she always checks on how I’m doing. Also, the atmosphere is very relaxing, an excellent place to relax after a stressful work week. “My massage with Chian this past week was so needed! Great pressure, and great personality. Bonded on first visit. I'm happy to have found a therapist I feel good about continuing with! Only thing to note is the unit is behind the building facing the street vs the parking lot. Park closer to the Hansen Dental and walk on the side of the building.
