“My daughters is 14, she was booked an appointment with them, I was not able to locate the phone number of Soma to contact them in regards to billing. After I emailed them they called me and I find out Soma is not accepting direct billing to our insurance. So I canceled the appointment because of this matter and they wanted to charge me for this. Its not good way to business. first of all Soma should provide phone number that customer can contact. secondly they need to provide all info in advance. and lastly not book an appointment with kids without parent knowing anything about.”Read moreShow less

“I've been seeing Alison as my RMT for years and she is fantastic. Knowledgable, kind and does a very good job. Soma is easy to get to, with ample parking and a beautiful atmosphere. Clean and inviting with big windows and high ceilings it feels open and welcoming -something you can miss in certain treatment rooms.
