“Solace Strength could not be more aptly named … I have gained both of those things in my time there. I’ve been training with Hannah for about 4 months and it’s been a game changer. She has an incredible ability to meet me where I’m at, often picking up on things I haven’t even noticed, and her training program is very intentional. She cares deeply about her clients. Solace Strength is not your typical gym! No intimidation, no pressure, just good energy. It’s been a welcome addition to my life and I highly recommend Hannah and her team to everyone.”Read moreShow less

“Jamie is a very thorough knowledgeable and professional chiro. She has a very kind and patient manner and tailors her approach to the needs of every client. What is so unique is that the approach combines chiropractic techniques, along with strength support in the gym that is part of the Solace Strength and Wellness practice. The whole clinic has a very calming relaxing vibe and has a multitude of professionals there to help with your goals. Whether your goals are group training, personal training, chiro, yoga, massage, breath work, reiki or fascial stretch therapy, Solace Strength provides all of those under 1 roof!”Read moreShow less

“THIS GYM THO!!!! WHERE has this gym my entire life?? LOL I couldn't be happier to have found a new home here at Solace. The training is ONE of a KIND. This is no exaggeration - hands down. There is NO coaching elsewhere like Solace under Hannah and Jamie, the incredible nervous system specialists and owners. Their level of specialized knowledge on female specialized care and how to mindfully train is a RARE find!! Their gym is beautiful, clean, relaxing, and the quality of their equipment and workout accessories are second to none. I couldn't be more grateful to have found Solace after 3 pregnancies, 2 c-sections, a disk injury and torn rotator cuff- I was feeling very overwhelmed about getting back into the gym. It has been a safe place to land and a powerful, supportive community!! Come for the workouts - stay for the vibes!!”Read moreShow less

“I just started seeing Dr. Jamie Jeffs for chiropractic care and holy smokes, she is blowing my mind 🤯. I have worked with MANY different chiropractors over the years and Jamie is one of a kind. First, she takes 30 minutes for every single session and gets to the root of things. I’m amazed by her toolkit… she offers "classic" adjustments, but also releases muscles, uses needling, and offers specific exercises to create different patterns in the body. I feel so well taken care of every time I see her. She is very present, makes me feel very seen, and I feel like I finally understand what’s going on with my body and what I can do about it to move better. Thank you!!”Read moreShow less

“Taking the Postpartum level 1 and 2 classes with Beth was the best thing I could have done for my body after having three kids. With a focus on healthily rebuilding pelvic floor and core strength with gentle approaches, it allowed me to progress steadily and with confidence. Beth really shines with her background as a doula, and it's evident how much care and compassion she has for the women she works with. I started with a massive diastasis recti gap, and at the end of level 2, noticed how much easier it was picking up my 5-year-old from the progressive strength training we had done. Being able to bring the baby and older kids to the sessions really removed barriers for me as well. I'm excited to continue with Solace's small group sessions, especially since they are built around female physiology, and recommend Beth's postpartum sessions to all my friends who have had babies.”Read moreShow less

“This is a gem of a find and you will thank yourself for checking out Solace and joining! Solace has everything to keep you healthy and your body strong and flexible! The staff are professional and go out of their way to help you with what you need. I just turned 70 and started going last September 1 on 1 with Hannah to make sure I strengthen my body to insure I dont injure myself moving into my 70’s. From the first day I felt a difference and muscles I hadnt felt for a long time, balance was worked on, syncing body/brain which takes practice. Hannah was so good at tailoring the workouts to my needs and I was never sore but could feel my muscles with joy and excitement. Gui and Hannah both teach Steel Mace and Kettlebells and they are amazing teachers for this, which is great fun to learn and do. Hannah started a group for over 60’s called Strong to the Bone and 6 of us workout weekly and have noticed so much difference in mobility and strength. I am now doing Small Group Classes with Nataylia and my body is toned, posture is straight and I have more energy because everything is stronger and balanced, it takes less energy to do things. The group is so much fun! Today I had a massage with Simon, he does magic with his hands! The studio is kept very clean, the atmosphere is warm and inviting and everyone is like a family! If you want to bring joy into your life this is the place to do it! Karen❤️”Read moreShow less

“I've been seeing Jamie (chiro) since 2023 and the amount of care she puts into her work is incredible! She's extremely thorough and leaves no stone unturned. A true advocate for her patients (which is rare, but something we all need)! Highly recommend! Secondly, "Magic hands Simon" (RMT) will have you feeling all sorts of good post massage! He listens well to your concerns, great pressure, and a very friendly presence :) Really enjoyed my experience with him!”Read moreShow less

“I started with Solace after a back/disc injury had left me unable to live life - shower, sit, walk, sleep, and workout. Needless to say, I was nervous to get back into the gym. A couple friends are long-time members and clients of Solace, and recommended I join, and I’m so glad I did. All the trainers have offered such helpful cues and modifications, that it has helped me to start trusting my body, rebuild confidence, and accelerated me forward in a safe way. I have been to a lot of classes with a lot of trainers before, but the approach and education of the trainers here is so informed and educated, that this gym truly stands out from any other I’ve experienced before. I know that joining Solace has been the best thing I could do at this stage in my recovery (and beyond), and will get me back to being the strong, fit woman I used to know.”Read moreShow less
