“I had a great experience at this dental clinic! Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and professional. The staff made me feel comfortable throughout my visit, and I really appreciated how well they took care of me. I also got my free filler treatment, and I’m really happy with the results! “Rave for Smili Dental Midtown Kelowna! We had our first visit today and it was a really good experience. The staff were all so kind and welcoming, and everything went smoothly. “Laurel and Dr Head are both wonderful professionals that really know what they’re doing! I had a dental emergency in the middle of moving and they were able to get me in quickly, treat the issue without judgement and with kindness and set me up on a good path for success. “I’ve never had better dental care! I highly recommend this clinic if you are in search of a new dentist. Dr. Greg Head is amazing and has a great team of staff! I had my wisdom teeth removed and had a great experience. Him and his team made me feel comfortable and took great care of me. I received great support after the procedure, during my recovery as well. Him and his team called me daily to check in and see how I was feeling. Fast forward a few days later I ran into an issue with my recovery and he came in outside of office hours to help me out which was greatly appreciated and says a lot about his a commitment and dedication to his patients. “I actually ended up coming here because I couldn’t get in with my usual dental office—and I’m really glad I did. From the start, the front desk staff were really friendly and made everything easy. The hygienist was excellent—super gentle but still very thorough. They explained things as they went and made sure I was comfortable the whole time, which I really appreciated. It felt like they genuinely cared, not like they were just trying to get through the appointment. The office was clean, calm, and well run, and even though it was kind of a last-minute visit, I never felt rushed. Overall, it was a really positive experience, and I’m happy I found this place. “I had my first tooth filling yesterday and I was honestly a bit nervous, but the experience turned out to be amazing. From the moment I walked in, Debbie at the front desk was so warm, welcoming, and helpful with scheduling and answering my questions—it really put me at ease. Dr. Gregory Head and his assistant were both incredibly kind, gentle, and professional. They explained every step clearly, which helped me feel comfortable and confident throughout the procedure.
