“I had been a loyal patient of this practice for over 20 years under the former dentist and always received excellent care. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the new team was very different. During my first visit, the assistant was quite rough, and the polishing process was unlike anything I had experienced before—using a finger to apply polish across my teeth, then using a polishing tool to complete the task. It was very messy and left my mouth feeling gritty. The cleaning also left me soaked with more water on my face and shirt than in my mouth. After many years of trust and comfort here, it’s disappointing to say that I am not returning, and neither will the rest of my family. UPDATE: moved from 1 to 3 , because they took action right away and called me to follow up and stated they would look to improve their process and team review. Takes a lot to call a customer and hear their point.”
