“Just left a masterful massage session. My body feels throroughly relaxed and de-stressed. The facilities were well maintained and clean! They have a very relaxing atmosphere and were accommodating to my needs. Highly recommended!”

“This was one of the most disgraceful and unprofessional experiences I've ever had. When i called They advertised $60 for 1 hour, but when I called they told me there was a mandatory $40 tip. When I arrived, I paid $110 upfront after confirming what I wanted. Instead of receiving what was promised, I was rushed out in about 30 minutes. The massage itself was terrible. There was no professionalism at all—the staff barely put any effort into the massage and spent most of the time just lightly tapping instead of providing an actual massage. It felt like they were only trying to get me out as quickly as possible. To make matters worse, when it came time for the additional service I had discussed beforehand, I was simply told to "do it yourself." That was completely unacceptable after paying the full amount upfront. After reading the reviews and speaking to them on the phone, I genuinely thought this was a professional spa. Instead, it felt like broad daylight robbery. I feel completely misled and ripped off. I will be filing a formal complaint and reporting this business so others don't have the same experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. < NO ISSUE FROM RECEPTIONIST JUST THE GIRL WHO DID MASSAGE ROBBED ME IN DAYLIGHT > EVEN she didnt know how much was what and why should i have to pay for smtg i need to do myself”

“Very very bad behaviour and service I contacted them one day in advance, and they told me that I could come the next day. However, when I arrived, they first told me to come back later. Then they said I had to pay $158 for the massage. After that, they told me their payment terminal was not working and that I had to pay in cash. In the end, I left feeling disappointed and upset, without receiving any service at all.”

The ladies were kind, polite, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. “I've been going to Shangri-La Spa at 160 East Beaver Creek for a while now and honestly, it's the best Asian massage spot in Richmond Hill. I keep coming back because every single time I go, I leave happy. Their back walking technique is seriously amazing, like nothing else I've tried. If you're looking for a good massage place, this is the one. Totally worth checking out.”

“My go-to spot for the best Asian massage spa experience! Shangri-la is seriously a gem. As someone who gets massages weekly, I can tell you this place hits different. The massage room is surprisingly spacious (hate those tiny cubicles elsewhere!), and everything is spotlessly clean. Will definitely be back next week for my regular unwind session. ✨”

“Decided to get a much needed massage last week at SL. I think they did some renovations. The place looks much better than before, very clean and comfortable. No change to the rate still $60 per hour plus $20 for table shower. After 40 minutes of the strong massage move to the table shower room. Nicely equipped, very relaxing. 👍”
