“I was introduced to Shane after a stroke I had in July 2025.. Shane’s bedside manner is excellent, he is always happy to share in my successes.He was always checking on my mental health. Shane is very professional specializing in strokes. My paralysis to my complete left side also gave me constant pain and severe spasms. In two sessions I started to have movement in my fingers and now have few spasms. I have recommended Shane to other stroke patients I heard needed help through PSW’s that help me. “Im so grateful that Shane was recommended to me by another one of my therapists! I have chronic tension issues from 3 concussions. It is always there. I saw Shane and it is the first time in years I was tension free! It was such a foreign feeling!!! It was amazing! “I was looking for a certified acupuncturist that resided in the Orillia area. Shane's private practice is great because he chats with you during the appointment, listens well about any health concerns. Shane is reliable, is kind hearted, knowledgeable, and approachable. Finding an tcm acupuncturist in the Orillia area is wonderful! I didn't want to drive to Barrie or farther south, to get help. “I have been suffering with digestive issues for over a year. I have tried many different forms of treatments (ultrasound, Cats scan, colonoscopy, food journal, supplements.) My health issues were complex but I felt confident that Shane McLean would finally help solve my issues. After just a few sessions with Shane I saw much improvement. Shane and acupuncture have changed my life and given me many options to minimize my inflammation.
