“They took me in the same day after calling in the morning for a sore tooth that was causing issues. They performed the necessary tests and pin pointed the issue. Patrick made it possible to have it dealt with while I was there even though he was working through multiple appointments. This was greatly appreciated and I am currently feeling great!! “I have gone to Shadbay dental to have some old fillings removed and a cleaning and the team there are awesome!as soon as you walk in you are greeted by a very friendly receptionist who makes everything seem so easy,to the dentist and his assistant,the dental hygienist are all so great and make sure you are comfortable with what they are doing so you can be relaxed,which isn’t always easy when you have anxiety but I can tell you there is no reason to be afraid to go,they are incredibly friendly and very professional,Dr Jeff and his whole team get a five star from me all day long👍😊”Read moreShow less

“I have only excellent things to say about Shad Bay Dental, Dr. Reid and all of the staff. They really put their hearts into the work they do and make sure the patients are well cared for. I have had a complex dental history which in the past made me quite anxious to go to the dentist and very worried for the future. I feel safe and in great hands here. I have been able to be an active participant in my dental care. Each step is carefully explained and I'm very happy with the work I have had done. “This is a really special dental office. I am a total chicken when it comes to getting anything done dental-wise and I actually look forward to going to Shad Bay Dental. They do a great job cleaning my teeth and keep me very comfortable. They always make sure I understand what treatments they recommend and I never like I'm being "sold" something. I've had cleanings, exams, a few fillings done, a retainer that I broke replaced, and a night guard made so I don't grind my teeth anymore while I'm sleeping and everything has been top notch. Almost everything I've had done was covered by my insurance but the one thing I had to pay for (the retainer I broke) was much more affordable than what I paid my orthodontist. “This dental clinic is a bit out of the way for me but it’s worth the drive!! I love coming here because the staff are so friendly. Dr. Jeff Covert did a great job repairing my chipped tooth. And I often see Ann when I’m in for my cleanings. On top of making my teeth feel clean and cared for, she’s also so personable. You can tell the staff really care for their patients. “We moved to the area from Toronto 4 years ago and we really wanted to find someone who had the same ortho philosophy as the dentist we had in Toronto, so that we could continue the treatment plan for our kids using expanders (vs extraction to make space). Thankfully, we found Dr Maud for our ortho needs! She put new expanders in their mouths, and then braces. They finally have perfect teeth! We also see Dr Patrick for our dentistry needs and he is awesome too. The entire team is great, and we are so happy we found a great clinic so close to home!”Read moreShow less
