Dr. Beavington is the best doctor I have ever seen in Canada. He is patient, kind, respectful, and truly cares about his patients.

I didn’t know hospitals like this existed in Canada. I had a fever and walked into the hospital, and they took really good care of me — from the receptionist to the doctor. It was nice to feel like more than just another patient number.

Although I'm glad to be back home in my bed, I have to admit this is the best hospital I've ever been in. I spent 1.5 weeks here recovering from a broken femur in my knee and what a pleasant experience it was. Cleanliness is top shelf--they even ask guests to remove their footwear when they enter the facility. The Nurses are caring, thoughtful, helpful, professional and just plain there when you need them. I'll name a few I remember by name; Dean, Emily, Carter, Diana, Ashley, Arianne, Melanie and many more. The doctors are great too. I met Doctors Lacoursier, Unsworth and Webb. They make the rounds daily and are dedicated to getting to the root cause of an issue. Because of the nature of my injury I spent some time in Physio and Occupational Therapy. There, Krista, Glenda and Amberlea focused on setting me up for success on my return home. If you have the misfortune of falling ill, you'll find Seton - Jasper Health Centre a small but well run facilty with lovely views of Whistler. It doesn't get much better!

During our trip in September ( from Uk)my partner was taken ill and we attended the medical centre where we were seen quickly, assessed and a plan made which involved him being taken 250 miles by air ambulance for emergency surgery. I would like to thank nurse Dianne and Dr Louise for their care and help with everything including Louise talking to our travel insurance agents who questioned the need for CT scan and air ambulance! A big thank you for taking care of us both at a scary time.

Came in two weeks ago with pneumonia and the staff were wonderful and the two stars are for that. I have underlying health issues and have been having pain and swelling in my fingers, and I came in today because it was getting out of hand —left my work crying type of pain. They sent me on my way right away without doing any sort of check up besides my blood pressure and heart rate. They told me to see them at the clinic in town. Two weeks ago I called the clinic and they were booked up for the next two weeks so maybe I wrongfully assumed that they are always booked which is why I came here but I will call tomorrow to see if that’s the case. I am from a big city and normally wouldn’t go to the ER for this type of thing. The only issue is that I live an hour away in the middle of nowhere and access to healthcare is extremely extremely limited. With my underlying health conditions swelling and pain in my fingers could be a sign of my illnesses flaring or issues with my medication. I respect all healthcare workers but disappointed in this experience. Wish some investigation was done to make sure I’m not having any adverse affects with my health conditions, will be very disappointed if something is wrong and this was the first sign as I will be dealing with the consequences. Doctor made is very clear that I should be seeing him in the clinic as something is definitely not right. Unfortunately he had no ability to check on me now especially with the one other person in the ER, they must've been busier than how it seemed. Update: took away my two stars, wish I could give none. Disappointed again, called yesterday to see if I could get x-rays done and to see if I needed to make an appointment, receptionist said I could come in anytime. Came in on a Sunday at noon as the reception said I could come in “anytime”, was unfortunately sent away and told to come on a weekday. Wish I was told this when I called as I have a tight schedule and wasted two hours of driving to come get this done. Wish there was another place I could visit as I am extremely disappointed with this place.

Amazing experience. My girlfriend was attacked by a tree while we were biking in on Fryatt Valley. Sizeable cut needing stitches. We both work healthcare in Edmonton and assumed we’d be there for hours. Luckily we were in and out just over and hour with great amazing experience from doc and nurse. Felt like what a hospital visit is supposed to feel like. Thanks

I was loading suit cases on a truck May 1st, and things went bad for me, the elephant sitting on my chest and everything you can think of was there for a heart attack. The team in Jasper was amazing they hit me with a "blood thinner bomb" I felt like I was going to live, then medivac to Edmonton many repairs to my blood vessels and I am here to tell the story. Thank you All very much... from the bottom of my heart!

Leg started hurting while hiking. Came in with no appointment. Waited about 2 hours, then another 20 min once in a room - long wait but comparable or better than many places in Calgary that I've gone to. Nurses and doctors were nice but conversations were short. The doctor was very efficient, although I hardly had time to process so it would have been nice to have an extra 5 minutes for questions. However, I know medical professionals are often very busy and, compared to many other hospitals, this one was in general more friendly, cozy, and efficient. Therefore, 5 stars from me - I got what I needed, enjoyed the friendly staff, and have no real complaints

We are on a tour of Western Canada, and we had a family member get some high altitude sickness and along with some virus symptoms. We ended up in the hospital after being taken there by ambulance. The doctor and the nurses were absolutely wonderful. So very kind and courteous and very personable. They were very patient And they asked the correct questions. They were so attentive. Jasper is so fortunate to have this wonderful medical facility. Even though we are from out of the country, we were treated with the upmost respect. The registration lady was absolutely wonderful. I believe her name was Donna. We are very thankful that we were treated so kindly Thank you to the staff of Seton of Jasper.. especially to our nurse, Amber And the young female resident Physician. We are grateful for your support and medical assistance.

Staff was amazing when I fractured my elbow Christmas Eve. The triage woman was patient and super friendly. Nurse Dean talked me through everything and kept me calm, I really can’t thank him enough. Dr Chan and the other dr they called in were kind and treated me with urgency. The 2 female nurses were amazing at chatting with me and keeping me distracted. When I came back the next day to get my bandages adjusted they remembered my name and asked how I was doing. Healthcare is a hard industry right now, their kindness and compassion did not go unnoticed
