Anastasia’s Yin yoga classes are pure magic. She plays the singing bowl so gentle, & deliberate, it instantly melts the noise of the day away. Her teaching has a rare quality to it: you leave feeling healed, not just stretched. Highly recommend. Kim is an incredible instructor, her Inferno Hot Pilates classes are always the perfect balance of challenging and rewarding. She has a true gift for pushing you while making every class feel worth every drop of sweat. Her energy, cueing, and attention to detail set her apart, and it really shows in the results. While I am excited to see what she brings to Booty Blast, I will genuinely miss her in Inferno Hot Pilates.

I had such a good Barre class with Oxana! She is an amazing instructor, so knowledgeable, and the workout was amazing & so much fun!! The studio is beautiful and a really nice intimate space. Oxana is very personable, caring and attentive with everyone. This is such a lovely environment and community!

After 6 months at the studio, I'm happy to say that it's been consistently good. Aside from hot yoga they switch up the sequence so it's not repetitive. All of the instructors are amazing and friendly. It truly is a stress environment. Some instructors also throw in their special touch 😊 Previous review: It worked out well for me now that they moved to Coquitlam. I think the place is probably smaller and not as glamourous because of the spacing, but it more than adequate. Oxana, the owner is amzing. She is very sweet and helpful. If you compare the pricing with other studios around the neighborhood it may seem to be more expensive, but the class offerings are different and well worth it. There is ariel yoga and candlelight yin with sound bath, which to me is such a treat and other studios don't offer. For the trial you can also try the cold plunge as well. I like the relaxed vibe. What's missing I would say is there is no water refill station and the classes aren't too hot (that's a personal preference). There also isn't a lot of regular hot yoga class. Mainly fitness and ariel (take a look at the schedule). The candlelight classes are more holistic and spiritual. I enjoy them I also never have trouble finding parking

Been attending aerial classes here via ClassPass since 2023 when they were originally in New West. I continue to come out to their new location although I am not much of a fan of the new space due to the noise that radiates from the downstairs martial arts studio, it is a bit distracting during yin restorative classes. Although I don’t like/agree with it, I understand and respect why they’ve chosen to use the same space for both hot and aerial classes. Mana is an amazing instructor, my absolute favourite because her energy is amazing and I love the class. Kaitlyn and Kimmy are also great and I get a good workout in when I can make their daytime classes. Not a big fan of the owner hence my 3 stars. I’ll continue to come to my regular classes and I hope things improve or go back to how they were at the old studio…

Attended a Yoga, Deep Breathing & Meditation session. The experience was moving and communal as a guided process. The instructor, Oxana, was very informative at the beginning of the class explaining the steps and what to expect. She provided a safe space to learn the process as I was trying the deep breathing exercises for the first time and did not know what to expect. At the end of the experience I was left feeling relaxed and peaceful. Definitely something I would do again and highly recommend both the studio and the instructor, Oxana.

I recently completed aerial yoga teacher training with Oxana, and it was an outstanding 5-star experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and attentive, creating a safe and encouraging environment for all students. The training was well-structured, with a great balance of theory and practice, and I left feeling confident and prepared to teach. Oxana’s passion and expertise truly make her an exceptional instructor. Highly recommend!

I attended the aerial and yin yoga classes and had a great experience with both. I was a little nervous as a beginner to aerial yoga, but Vicky was lovely and her instructions were clear and easy to follow. The atmosphere is warm, intimate, and calming, and the studio itself is clean and welcoming.

Oxana has put together a beautiful space and is a teacher that has a true passion for what she does. The restorative aerial class is an exceptional experience of relaxation and stretching (with a nice variety of poses each class). My bestie and I take the class together and Oxana’s energy and authenticity keeps us coming back week after week. 💜

I have attended the studio twice now (through ClassPass) and I have had a fantastic time! The studio is beautiful itself and the instructors (Sonam Uppal and Kim McNeill) are marvelous. Unfortunately, I was late to both the classes by a couple of minutes, and they were still very accommodating. Thank you for making this experience so great for me. I am definitely coming for more :)

First time at this studio. Booked an Aerial yoga class through ClassPass for this new studio and I’m very happy with the experience. The studio is modern and spacious. They are located exactly in front of the Columbia skytrain station which makes the commute easy. They offer yoga/fitness classes and wellness packages. They have spacious changing rooms with showers and lockers to secure your stuff while in class. The aerial class with Tatiana was pretty good. She offered various modifications for different levels and it seemed like everyone enjoyed the challenge! I’m look forward to trying more classes here!
