Please note , if there is an issue with your specific policy’s billing eligibility, or if online service interruptions occur and direct billing is not available, be aware that you remain responsible for your account, and PLEASE BE PREPARED TO PAY IN FULL OUT OF POCKET in such cases that direct billing is not an option. Upon payment, you will be provided with a paid receipt which you may submit to your insurance provider.
Only you have access to see your policy’s terms and the amounts for which you are eligible. Some insurance plans may require a prescription from a physician for certain services. In these cases, please be prepared to pay the whole session cost if the prescription is not on file.
Booking appointments online requires placing a current credit card on file.

“I've been going to Sante Group for over 9 years now. I've had massages, physio and chiro treatments there, which has helped with my overal health but i've also had some WSIB related treatments and i must say the process was seamless because of the knowledge and professionalism of the staff.
