“I recently called to ask a question before attempting to book an appointment. However, the receptionist I spoke with was very rude. Based on this interaction, I've already formed an impression that the facility may not be accommodating.”

“I had tennis elbow and ongoing shoulder and back muscle pain, and this massage clinic has helped me every time I visit. I always leave feeling relieved and well treated. Rose is skilled, professional, and effective, definitely recommend.”

“Excellent service, very friendly. I walked in with 45 minutes before closing and still got a full hour from Rose. The deep tissue massage helped a lot. I hobbled in on 2 sore feet and walked out with relief. I'm so grateful . I'll definitely be back. UPDATE! Another excellent experience, this time with Audrey. I feel so relieved. “Look I'm not stupid. I'm a good person and I worked hard my whole life. And yes I'm an indigenous person from Canada. Was born here. Mind you my people have been treated horrifically + were genocidally almost destroyed. Our parents are residential school survivors. + Have to deal with horrible treatment from all types of people including immigrants. Like yourself. I am not a racist human being at all. Just don't like it when people who come to Canada treat us like trash. I don't need to go into a store that talks about me in their language. And laughs about me and makes me look like I'm a problem because of your stupidity and ignorance You may speak in your home language about all types of people and people don't understand because it's not their language I do not know my home language that much but it's because Canada tried to destroy our languages. And I have to sit there using my hard-earned money to get a massage to be treated like I am a piece of dirt. You are ignorant, rude, professionally bullying me, + so entitled to think that you're better than me when nobody is better than each other. This is the reason why people don't get along with indigenous people. And that's why indigenous people are angry people. In these situations that are super demeaning and abusive and we're not supposed to say anything. Went there to take care of myself and I deserve to take care of myself. When I do I have to go through this type of treatment. “I went this afternoon and have been taking care of Therapist Audrey. Opted for 2hour massage with cupping in the end. Audrey was so professional and the momentum of the massage was very well from beginning until the end. I know it was hard for a 2 hour massage but she did it very well. “Rose is a pleasant person, but fairly clueless about massage, biggest issue is distraction, if the phone rings she answers it, if someone walks in the front door, instead of trusting her staff to deal with it, she leaves the room. Lots of choices in Red Deer for massage”Read moreShow less

“Went in for a massage yesterday with a bit of minor soreness from work. Left there in so much pain i dont think id ever get another massage anywhere again.
