To respect the time and care of our practitioners, we require at least 24 hours (1 full business day) notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee, and unfortunately, missed sessions cannot be claimed through extended health benefits.

“Mokhtar is an excellent physiotherapist-osteotherapist. He supported my child and I at a time when we required it and my child's recovery improved immensely under his care. I recommend his services for both pediatric and adult care. He takes his time to review each case, and provides tailored treatment programs. Thank you Mokhtar. Dr. Sarah is also an excellent chiropractor and Julia provided guidance that was very helpful. The front desk staff are warm and professional. “Post partum support through rooted is truly a hidden gem!! I am so thankful I became aware of them and started receiving support after delivery! Starting from booking the appointments with Disha and Christine, who are so patient and accommodating, to the post partum doula services, everything is amazing! I had Ruta as my post partum doula, and I can’t be happier! She is extremely professional! From the moment she entered my home, she was careful to wash her hands before doing anything at home! She doesn’t stop working during all the time she is at my home, even though i keep asking her to rest for couple minutes! She genuinely wants to help and doesn’t leave without doing so so much! She has helped me a lot with meal preparation, laundry and dishwashing, in a time that these chores are so hard to be done while having a newborn. She was very careful with handling baby items, and very detailed when she washed baby bottles, which was something very important to me! She takes her time to educate me about feeding baby, starting solids and sharing resources! I can’t recommend her enough!! Thank you so much Ruta! “My friend recommended Rooted Wellness Center after I have birth, and I'm so glad she did. I brought my baby to see Mokhtar (Pediatric Physiotherapy & Osteopathy) for a general checkup and to help her with digestion. He was able to help her with some areas that I wouldn't have caught myself, release some tension and definitely helped with her digestion. I then returned for a massage therapy session, which was so helpful. Then, I signed up for pelvic floor physio with Slesha, who has been instrumental in helping me heal my pelvic floor in the best way possible - plus address tight hips, reduce back pain and get stronger so I can be with my baby pain free.
