“TCM practitioner, Gu He cured my chronic headache and fatigue. I was bothered by severe headache for decades and I always feel tired (and craving for unhealthy food), after going through a 3 month course of acupuncture and herbal tea treatment, I no longer feel the need to take pain medication. I start having excellent sleep and higher energy level through out the day. Gu identified my dietary problem, he gave me a long list of food to avoid, that really helps to maintain my gut health - which is a key to better energy recovery and circulation.
