“I went to Lauren because of overall joint pain and pain in my lumbar spine and in my cervical spine and neck. During my first visit, Lauren did a complete assessment of all my joints and my spine. She then proceeded to give me my first treatment. I was a little sore the day after, but I noticed a subtle difference. I was able to move with a little more ease. After four visits, I am able to complete activities around the house, the garden, and when I am out and about, with more ease and less pain. This is a definite plus for me. December 15, 2025 Further to the above review. Lauren has definitely helped me with ease of movement and has lessened numbness in my feet due to trapped nerves in my back. She is also working on the relieving pressure on the median nerve near my wrists due to a break where the thumb and wrist meet in one hand and injuries to the other hand. “I’ve been seeing Lauren for treatment, and the level of care has been exceptional. She takes her time to explain everything clearly, and makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Just after a few appointments my symptoms have significantly improved. “Lauren is absolutely fantastic! From the moment I described my issues on my very first visit, she instantly knew what was going on, examined everything thoroughly, and treated me with incredible precision and care. “I struggled with TMJ symptoms for about a year and tried several treatments like chiropractic and massage therapy. They helped to a point, but the pain never fully went away. A friend suggested I try osteopathy, and I’m honestly so impressed. After just three visits with Lauren, my pain has almost disappeared and I have way more movement in my jaw.
