“Renewed Manual Osteopathic & Wellness Clinic is very friendly and accommodating. From the front desk with Lyn to the rest of the staff, everyone truly knows what they’re doing. I always feel fantastic after my sessions with them. I had shockwave therapy for my elbow injury and manual osteopathy with Jovy, and I also had a massage with Sandra. They all did an amazing job. “I would recommend them as one of best professional Osteopathic. Sarah is wonderful to address the issue and she referred me further to Paramjeet Kaur one of the best resource they have got massage.. I have been visiting the center since January and have taken services for more than 10 times. Paramjeet goes extra mile to address the issue of any body ailment. I have been taking her services for deep tissue massage with body structure correction since starting and she is been so humble to do it patiently. I would really recommend both Sarah and Paramajit.. “They are just giving us hard time not verifying with Alberta blue cross for our claim and we are facing this issue since August 8th its been more than a month now we are not getting our money back.I don’t know what’s wrong with them.Every-time I call the lady says we will call and I don’t know when she will call. It’s been over a month now that I am struggling with this thing in getting money back as Alberta blue cross clearly mentioned that this person is not on the providers list they need to call and verify and alberta blue cross said this like hundred times they won’t lie and why would they if the person is not registered on their providers list they are saying that Renewed Manual Oestopathic needs to calls and verify this Person from whom we took the service “Macabanding” but this business is just reluctant.I don’t know why they are lieing as I have already submitted the claim on 16th Aug by talking with alberta blue cross but Renewed Manual people are not taking any interest in verifying it that’s why we are not getting the money back.This is the first time that facing issue while getting claim back never had this issue in getting claim back from other businesses. I am facing hard time and they are not interested to take this thing seriously she is only in rush to say Thank you over phone call & to hang up but not solving this thing from last one month this is not the right way to deal with your customers. Call them verify him and let me get my money back. Value your customers please. Reply to your recent reply back-Thank you for your reply though we didn’t ask for discount and we never said we can’t afford the time they mention that its for $145 for initial so we decline that time we ask and said that we thought it was for $100 and mutually agreed upon $100 not for whole 1hr but for around between 30-40mins and we appreciate their service and their efforts also I am struggling with this thing from last August 8th & after so much hustle,getting back & forth with you people-and not getting any response i reviewed here well I am glad and appreciate that after a month you tried to contact them -17sept on email and we hope so that we will get the resolution as soon as possible. “I just had a manual osteopathic treatment by Jovy and it was the best therapeutic treatment I have had for a flare up in my lower back. I have suffered with low back pain for many years and have tried massage therapy and acupuncture. I feel like she addressed every part of my body from my feet to my head. My back pain is not gone but it is feeling much better. She performed structural alignment, visceral manipulation, myofascial release and craniosacral therapy.
