“I started coming to Refit Physio due to a work injury. WSIB connected me with Roshen. When I first arrived I felt a bit uncomfortable as she works from home. I never seen physio clinic from home so I was a bit skeptical. When Roshen welcomed me in and started my paperwork I was surprised with how warm and welcoming she made my experience. After my 2nd visit I referred my mom for her shoulder pain due to a fall 2 winters ago. Roshen takes her time and makes sure her patients get the care they need. I really appreciate Roshen always going above and beyond. My mom is always nervous going to new places and she always looks forward to coming to her weekly physio visits. I admire Roshen’s positive energy, you will always find her laughing and smiling. Typically she would be in a lot of pain every since the fall and wasn’t able to move her shoulder due to inflammation. My mom feels a lot better after only 5 sessions but being in the care of Roshen that’s no surprise! Without Roshen and her efforts I wouldn’t be able to recover from my workplace injury.
