Dr Mouton and his staff were absolutely amazing. We took our son into the Redwater Medical Center because of a very high fever and Dr Mouton gave our son a thorough look over and then ordered blood work. I was amazed how fast the test results came back and how quick the doctor and his staff worked. This hospital definitely runs a tight ship and everyone was very professional and considerate. Also the emergency room was fairly busy with paramedics coming and going with patients. Overall we felt cared for and were treated with compassion. I will definitely praise this hospital and the staff that works here. Overall from start to finish this place was awesome and I can't thank Dr Mouton and the staff enough for taking care of our son.

We are lucky to have this well run, clean health center in our area. They do bloodwork and x-rays. There is an emergency section, a mixed ward and a few long term beds. The lab and xray staff have always been friendly , polite and compassionate as needed. The full time nursing staff are mostly super to deal with.( everyone has an off day). There are a couple local .Dr's that share the hospital duties. There are a few vending machines tucked into a corner by the admissions desk.

8 hours just to get an IV, which should only take 1-2 hours maximum and it wasn't even busy. Don't waste your time if you have an emergency. You're better off going to St Albert if you need immediate help.

Went in there twice in the last eight weeks. Both times I was seen by Dr Mouton, both times he was absolutely great, all the nurses and auxillary staff were totally awesome, so glad I live in this area and I'm looked after by such a caring knowledgeable team of medical professionals.

Word of caution. If you are experiencing heart episodes consider going to St. Albert hospital or the university, and not Redwater. Reason being one doctor there, plain and simply put, lacks empathy and communication is very poor. The nurses, however, are knowledgeable, very nice and attentive. The doctor I saw said “it’s most likely psychological; maybe fibromyalgia…but if you keep coming back with this issue, doctors will be annoyed” I have a family doctor who knows something isn’t quite right with my heart, as well as a cardiologist. They both advised to go to the nearest hospital if an episode last longer than 15 minutes, which in this case, it did. I hope the doctor who spoke this way to me realizes he used terrible choice of words. I understand he is not a specialist by any means, but your poor choice in words, can make someone who is already experiencing anxiety from an undiagnosed heart condition, much, much worse. Do better. And, I will go to the hospital as many times as I feel fit because 1. I know my body better than you do and 2. My own doctors and specialists advised me to.

Big thanks to the staff at the redwater hospital today! The service was fantastic. I had a bad cut on my thumb and they had me in in minutes, cleaned and stitches done in under an hour. These people are amazing 👏 ❤️ keep up the good work. Thank you 😊

I’m honestly continually disappointed by this centre. Not once, but twice now.. including just now, I have been hung up on by staff and that is extremely unprofessional to me. If you can’t answer a simple question without some courtesy I think I’m just going to take the 30 minute drive to Fort Sask. Not to mention having cranky intake nurses who are short with you as well. I’ve had nothing but good experiences in Fort.. and after seeing how hard it is to want to support local you’ve made my choice even simpler.

It was super cold outside and I was warming up for a moment and all of a sudden two nice nurses checked if I was okay, they gave me a glass of ice water as I was thirsty and gave me a warm blanket and let me rest a bit before finishing my way to a friends place. Really good staff here.

The staff is wonderful at this health centre. They made my husbands last few months on earth easier to deal with. They are caring and compassionate, not only of the patients but family too. I could not say enough good about the staff , nurses , doctors, Lpn, kitchen ,cleaning , support staff ,lab, all staff!
