“I can’t say enough wonderful things about this massage practice. Lauren is such a beautiful, kind individual who truly cares about her clients and their well-being. She takes the time to understand exactly what both my husband and I need, and every session is tailored perfectly to our individual preferences. The atmosphere is incredibly soothing and intentionally calming from the moment you walk in. It’s a space where you can genuinely relax, unwind, and let go of stress. “Lauren's space is so beautiful, her method of treatment is gentle yet aggressive with shockwave when necessary, I felt sore the next day from shockwave (normal when working on such tight amd burdened muscles) , but ending in FST was the most relaxed I have felt in a very long time. “Let me paint you a picture, you'll walk into the beautiful, clean entrance of the massage clinic only to be greeted with a friendly smiling receptionist named Rose, right away she made me feel as if we had known eachother for years. (Now at Village Osteopathy in Fonthill) My first time there he read me like a book, intelligent and intuitive and probably the first time ever I got a massage exactly the way I really needed it. So so helpful and maintaining self care! Also after a bad shoulder rotator cuff injury I have had amazing supportive an informative conversations with Yuseff as he treated damaged muscles multiple times throughout my recovery journey....definitely an integral part of getting my range of motion back!
