“I have been seeing Connor at Preferred Rehab in Strathroy on and off for quite some time. I’ve had 2 knee replacements, a hip replacement, a torn rotator cuff and ongoing back issues over the past few years. I wouldn’t want to see anyone else. He is very aware of my past issues and is very careful and thoughtful in his process of helping me get better. He comes across as very knowledgable and competent in his skills as a therapist, using multiple modalities to help me. I always leave there feeling like I’ve had a productive treatment. “I can't say enough about this physiotherapy centre. I am very impressed with Arshiya and her assisting personnel. I feel I finally found a place that is able to help me with my hip pain and the strength and now balance exercises are doable. I would highly recommend this facility. Thank you so much. “Amazing team, and fantastic care! I personally dealt with Arshiya and Keagan, and they were incredible! Always did the most to ensure that I was comfortable during my physio visits, and always made sure that my ankle was progressing, and being taken care of properly while we rehabbed it back to full health! “I met with Arshiya for a knee assessment, prior to what I hope will be a knee replacement in the near future. She gave me exercises to prepare for it and she and her colleague are helping me manage my symptoms and guide me through the process of meeting with an orthopaedic surgeon in a timely manner. “The PT and PTA were both excellent and so professional. The PT was so patient and walked me through the various required exercise with excellent explanation and support. There was not a question I had that she could not respond to. The PTA was very welcoming of me into the clinic and did an excellent job hooking me up to that excellent cryo compressor device.
