“I have been working with Pooja for the past 4 weeks and have been amazed at how quickly I have been able to regain my range of motion. I have appreciated her patient centered approach balancing pain management and helping reduce pain while also focusing on exercises to rebuild strength and range of motion. “I was in last year for lower back trouble, Scott did a great job and I recovered well. Husband was in for shoulder and back, and was taken great care of. Most recently I have been seeing Alex for lower back again and she's so patient and concerned when she needs to be and helping me in identifying the cause to hopefully end the back pain returning. I've been seeing the massage therapist, I've forgotten her name but she's quite new too. Wow she definitely helped to loosen the stiffness of my back and was able to weed 2 rows in my garden this past weekend, sitting on a stool of course but over that's the most movement I have had in a few months. The reception people are so friendly and helpful with the whole insurance stuff that I appreciate so much.
