“I did not continue with this place because they are terrible! I have tried to even get them to stop texting me on my birthday and they say they will - THEY DO NOT AND HAVE NOT; if you have the same problem report them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and register a complaint with your local police because although this is a minor harassment - it is still harassment. “The eye doctors at this clinic are absolutely amazing; but their lab tech is not so much. She acts dismissive and talks over customers. “This is the first clinic where I was charged for the annual eye exam for my kids. I specifically asked what is a charge for, but was assured that it is normal. Coquitlam Eye, optometrist at Costco in PoCo never charged me for annual checks. Also wasn’t offered a copy of receipt and paperwork and finally after ask got these with some errors and typos. “I had a great experience with my recent eye exam with Dr. Ha. She took the time to thoroughly explain my eye conditions, and I never felt rushed. The office conducted a very comprehensive exam, far more detailed than what I’d experienced at a cheaper clinic in the past—which had missed the issues I’ve been dealing with. “Doctor Ha was very kind, welcoming and informative! She helped me understand my vision better. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and welcoming. My lenses were ready quickly and fit into my frames quickly. Would recommend!”
