“My tooth which had just been filled was sore when pressure was put on it. I called and was scheduled in on civic holiday Monday morning. Rafi (the dentist) performed a bite adjustment and now the tooth seems to be setting. Thanks again.”

“I had such a wonderful experience at Peterborough Dental Clinic today that I felt compelled to share it. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted so warmly by the front staff they knew my name right away and made me feel genuinely welcome. That alone set the tone for a great visit. While I was waiting, I witnessed something that truly stayed with me. Dr. Jack Chiang was gently helping an elderly, frail gentleman who had just finished his appointment. He took the time to walk slowly with him, spoke kindly, and even offered to personally assist him down the stairs. It was such a sincere moment of compassion you could see it came straight from the heart. During my own appointment, that same level of care continued. Dr. Chiang was incredibly kind, patient, and gentle, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. It’s rare to come across a healthcare professional who shows this level of genuine empathy and dedication. I feel truly blessed to have found a place like Peterborough Dental Clinic and a dentist like Dr. Jack Chiang. “I have been going to PDC for many years and would never change. The clinic is always clean and the receptionists are always welcoming Dr Andy is very gentle and made me feel comfortable even though I am a nervous patient.
