“I always have great experience here. The staff are professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The clinic is clean, organized, and creates a very comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dental clinic!”

“Before I went to Park and Tilford Dental I always hated going to the dentist. Nothing especially bad would happen, it was just never a nice place. Now that I go to Park and Tilford Dental I actually look forward to my time at the dentist. They are brilliant there !! Everyone is so friendly and thoughtful. I feel like I’m actually being taken care of by the folks there and not that they are just there to do a job. I appreciate their efficient text reminder service and follow up messages very much. “If I could give no stars as a rating for this dental practice I would have. This practice had recently exchanged hands and the new owners seem young and inexperienced and conduct the practice in a less than professional manner. One of the new owners took over from my regular dentist without informing me that he had retired and for some reason didn't think it important I be informed of this before I arrived for my appointment. I let her know that I wasn't happy about her handling of this but she was dismissive of my concern and gave me a half-hearted apology. The dental hygienist then proceeded cleaning my teeth and it was, without question, the most painful cleaning I had ever experienced and several times had to push her hand away to make her stop hurting me. At the end of the cleaning she simply said that I needed to floss more aggressively so that my gums wouldn't be so sensitive (as though it was MY FAULT that I experienced so much pain!) Then the dentist arrived once again and praised the hygienist for what a terrific job she had done - she went on and on about what an excellent job she had done. It was at this point that I suspected that the painful cleaning was in some way retaliation for my criticism of the lack of professionalism I had complained about at the start of my treatment. I have never experienced anything quite like this in my entire life and felt angry and humiliated by the whole fiasco. I would urge anyone thinking of joining this practice to think again... I did not return to this office and am very glad to have found a truly good dental practice a few blocks away at Mountainview Dental Centre. The difference is night and day!”Read moreShow less

“DR. LAURA SCHMIDT is TRULY AMAZING.. Honestly an absolute ANGEL on earth. I’ve followed Dr. Laura Schmidt even after she moved clinics because she is genuinely the best dentist I’ve ever had. Finding a dentist you completely trust is rare, and she consistently goes above and beyond in every aspect of patient care. She is incredibly skilled, gentle, thorough, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. What really sets her apart is how much she truly cares about her patients — you never feel rushed, and she always makes sure you’re comfortable and confident with your treatment. Her staff is just as amazing. Rhay is absolutely wonderful, kind and very helpful. Everyone is welcoming, professional, friendly, and organized, and they create such a positive and calming environment from the moment you walk in. You can tell the entire team genuinely enjoys what they do and works hard to make every experience a great one. The new clinic is beautiful, clean, modern, and runs so smoothly. Following her to a new location was an easy decision because the level of care she provides is unmatched. “Last year I switched to this clinic, along with my family. Mainly the reason for the change was proximity to home, but our experiences have been excellent. The change in clinic coincided with a few dental complications that arose for me. I have felt well taken care of my Dr Schmidt. She's been invaluable in finding solutions to implant work that I need done, and a few other items as well. Her expertise in implants is comforting. I've had a gap in my front teeth for about ten years now due to having a crown replaced in the front tooth. I was really bothered by this as it wasn't there before the replacement, and I disliked the way it looked. I didn't see or hear of a solution other than braces, which wasn't really an option for me at this point. Dr Schmidt had the excellent idea to do a cosmetic filling to close to gap. She did the work and I could not be happier. I literally cannot tell what she's actually done by looking at it, it's as if the gap in my teeth was never there. It was even covered by my benefits. Even better. I highly recommend park & Tilford dental to anybody looking to make a change in the north shore. Dr Schmidt is truly an expert, and the staff are wonderful.”Read moreShow less

“Dr. Deana Sarmast is an exceptional dentist, and I am truly so grateful to be under her care. From start to finish, she was thoughtful, patient, and incredibly skilled. She took the time to explain every step, made sure I was comfortable throughout, and approached my treatment with such care and precision. “Dr. Schmidt and her team at Park and Tilford go above and beyond to provide exceptional dental care.
