“I am a weightlifter for years, have bad anxiety, and hold a lot of tension in my body. I've been searching for a massage therapist who can actually deliver when it comes to getting into those problem areas and pressing HARD. Angela gave the best deep tissue massage I've ever had! She wasn't afraid to get into the tension and muscle knots that other practitioners have been weak-sauce about. She's tiny but strong, and you can tell she cares and has a lot of experience! I honestly left feeling 'ironed out' and felt such toxin release that remnants of my cold went away. I highly recommend her services and will be going back!!”Read moreShow less

“I've been coming here for a few months now, the staff are incredibly kind, respectful and professional. I always enjoy my time here and my recovery has been going so well thanks to Ryan and Mitch! At the front desk Rebecca is wonderful, everyone here truly cares about the patients. They also did a great job of reaching out to insurance and making sure everything is in order. I highly recommend this place. The interior itself is always clean and comfortable as well!”Read moreShow less

“I highly recommend this clinic. Shout out to Ryan, Mitch, and Rebecca. Very friendly staff, professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They're an amazing team that has given me great service and attention to what I need to recover from my injuries. Ryan is my physiotherapist and he has helped me greatly to understand how I can recover so I can go back to doing the sports I enjoy. I also like the online portal that includes the recommended exercises with videos to show you how to do them properly. Very helpful tool. Thank you to the team at Walden for taking good care of me and my husband. You guys are the best! - Kelly”Read moreShow less

“I have been coming to this clinic for many years now and everyone is kind, caring, and professional. Cathrine has been my physiotherapist for the past 2 years and she has helped me heal both my shoulders and neck. She makes me feel at home in the clinic and I would not even consider going anywhere else. Cameron at the front desk is always friendly and accommodating. Jimmy is a mind reader and is always one step ahead of me! The Clinic and staff are special and they deserved to be recognized for the work they put in. Thank you all and you will have this patient for life!”Read moreShow less

“I honestly cannot say enough good things about this clinic! Everyone there is incredibly caring and kind, and you can genuinely tell they care about their patients, not only physically but also by creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. Cam always greets you with the warmest smile, and after my very first visit she began greeting me by name and remembering conversations we had in previous weeks. It may seem like a small thing, but it really makes a difference! She was also extremely helpful when I ordered a TENS machine through the clinic, taking the time to explain how to use it properly and making sure I had all the information I needed. Catherine is one of the kindest people I have ever met! She constantly checks in to make sure I am comfortable and that the exercises she has me doing are not painful or uncomfortable. She guides me through everything I need to do at home and always adjusts my exercises based on what my jaw needs that week. She somehow manages to make every appointment enjoyable and even fun, which is amazing considering I am there because I am there due to TMJ pain. Jimmy is always great to talk to and is incredibly helpful, whether he is assisting the physiotherapist or applying stim and heat. He always makes sure I am comfortable and never in pain, and you can tell he truly cares! The clinic as a whole feels like a well run team that genuinely puts patients first. My appointments have slowly gone from feeling like something I had to do to feel better to something I actually look forward to, and that alone says a lot! I recommend this clinic to friends, family, and coworkers all the time. I would 1000 percent recommend not only Panther but Walden specifically to anyone recovering from an injury or dealing with chronic pain. You will be cared for, listened to, and supported every step of the way.”Read moreShow less

“Day 1: I went to book a physiotherapy appointment for my mother after her surgery. I clearly told the receptionist that we did not have the post-surgery papers because they were lost, and I asked directly if we could still book the appointment using her WCB claim number. The receptionist said yes, that it was fine, and booked the appointment. They were fully aware that my mother had just had surgery and was still recovering. During the appointment, the physiotherapist asked questions, and I answered them as best as I could. The physiotherapist then said it was hard to proceed without the surgeon’s paperwork, She also said that under WCB my mother is allowed two physiotherapy sessions per week. Based on this, we agreed to come back the next day, and the receptionist booked another appointment with the same physiotherapist. This raises a serious question: if the clinic believed physiotherapy was difficult to proceed without paperwork, why was the appointment booked in the first place, and why was a follow-up appointment scheduled? Day 2: Because my mother is recovering from surgery, I wanted to make sure there would be no problems. In the morning, I called the clinic twice to confirm the appointment time. Both calls were hung up / not answered. Since no one answered, I went in person and was told the appointment was 2:20 PM. At that time, I was at school, and my father was at work. There are only two people in our household who can drive, so my father left work early and closed his shift to drive my mother. While they were on the way, at 2:25 PM, the clinic called and cancelled the appointment, saying my mother was “late by five minutes.” I have a screenshot showing the call time. They then said my mother would be charged due to their “policy.” There was no appointment confirmation, no text message, no email, no reminder, and no late policy ever communicated verbally or in writing. The clinic knew my mother had just had surgery, had mobility limitations, and does not speak English well. Cancelling a post-surgery physiotherapy appointment after five minutes, without clear communication or prior notice, shows a lack of consideration for patients who are medically vulnerable. Physiotherapy after surgery is critical. Better communication and patient care are clearly needed.”Read moreShow less
