“I was looking forward to my acupuncture and massage therapy. During the massage the receptionist interrupt it informing me I cannot have the acupuncture. Then informed again that I can have it after a 30min massage. The massage was done but they asked me to get up and wait in the reception for another 30min to get it. I felt like an idiot over their disorganized booking system.I don’t have much free day for massage. They try to compensate me with free session but I don’t trust them again. I was fan of their service but wasting people’s time is not going to be worth that.”

“I am extremely happy with Palm Oasis Rehab and Wellness, My massage therapist, Mily, is amazing—she really loosens my muscles and I always feel so much better after every session. My daughter sees Vicky, and she is very happy as well. The staff are professional, caring, and very skilled. It’s truly worth spending time here. They also offer direct billing with insurance, which makes everything so convenient. Our whole family goes here, and we’ve all had great experiences. I’ve tried other places before, but this is by far the best. I’m so glad I found this center, and I don’t plan on going anywhere else. Highly recommended!”

“This place is very clean and well-run. I had lots of back pain, and was given a very skillful massage by Dianni Zhou, and felt much better afterwards. I will be a repeat customer, which is a great feeling, because it is close to me. I have been to spa massage places like at hotels and resorts but the quality of the massage and administration here is so good that a hotel spa with RMT is not necessary for physical improvement when I can just come here. “The place feels a bit outdated, but the staff were kind and welcoming when I visited last month. I noticed they offered free cupping, so I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The therapist applied the cups to my back and then left me alone in the room for 15 minutes. In my experience at other places, cupping is usually done alongside a massage—often they’ll work on your legs or arms while the cups are on your back, which makes better use of the time. In this case, there was no additional massage during that period. She also removed all the cups at once without incorporating any massage while two cups were still on (a common practice I’ve experienced elsewhere), which was a bit disappointing. I also didn’t receive a face or neck massage after turning face-up, which many places include to wrap up the session. I’m happy that others have had good experiences here, and maybe I should’ve just opted for a regular massage instead of trying the cupping. Sadly, it wasn’t for me, and I wouldn’t return—but I know everyone’s preferences are different.”
