“Ostéovie is conveniently located in an area where parking is readily available.... This alone deserves 5 stars in Montréal! The entrance to the clinic is cozy with a small rest area, where you can help yourself to hot cup of tea, and relax to soothing sounds. My first appointment with Dina was a "referral" i.e: My wife insisted that I make an appointment 😂 - since I had been suffering from sciatic nerve pain and other back problems. The lieu is very proper with large windows giving the sense of an open space. Dina was incredibly attentive. She took her time to understand my physical habits, what behavior could be triggering my pain and what changes I can incorporate to help improve my situation. I've already had a few appointments and I highly recommend for anyone looking for a range of treatments from deep tissue, sports therapy or massotherapy”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I’ve been treated for my knee and hip issues by lovely Caroline (Osteopaths) and Bianca (Physiotherapist) since last year. Amazing result. I feel much better. They are very respectful, caring, professional, knowledgeable and patient. The services are very professional. They have an organized, efficient and user friendly follow up system. “Referred to me by a sports and regenerative therapy doctor (MD), Caroline found an old underlying cause of pain that no other practitioner had thought to check or treat over the years. In addition to being an osteopath, she is a health coach and her suggestions, even in casual conversation, have been very valuable. If her treatments do not bring the desired result, she will be honest to recommend alternative options. “I have seen both Caroline and Anne-Sophie, they are exceptional osteopaths and I have seen many. The atmosphere is relaxing with the music, diffuser and tea in the waiting room. They really care for their patients and are very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend anyone to try this team. “I’ve been visiting the clinic for almost 2 months now, and the experience with Caroline is a holistic and serene approach to osteopathy. Caroline takes her time to listen carefully before jumping into diagnosis. She adapts an advocacy approach, and concentrates on helping her patients understand the cause behind the pain they have. Once the cause is identified, she works with the patient to identify a path to treat the cause, rather than just targeting the symptoms. “I have been treated by Caroline Désourdy- Osteovie - a couple of times by now. It has been a great experience. Starting with the calm and serene ambiance of the clinic, Caroline really cares about her patients. Her expertise and techniques are impressive and I have gained immediate improvement of mobility and flexibility during the treatment sessions. She also provides most valuable sessions in Health coaching where she proposes healthier and/or more appropriate ways to take care of the nutrition and overall well being of one’s body and soul. What I most appreciate is that she listens, she is not imposing any changes but offers alternatives that one can adopt with the best in mind for health and happiness.
