“I had an acupuncture treatment from Ron today. I came to the appointment with a seven out of ten pain. When I left I felt so much better. I highly recommend Ron for acupuncture treatment at Orchid Oasis Massage Wellness Centre.”

“Once again this was a great place to visit. I have had many massage therapists over the years but I will not go anywhere else anymore. The location as it is close to my home is convenient but it is the welcoming experience that makes it a home. The owner very caring and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable. I have issues with my body as I am in construction and am used to very hard physical work. Alisha my therapist is the one I will not go without. She has the ability and knowledge to make the experience comfortable and also fix what I have done through hard work to my body. They also ask often if the pressure is ok and make sure to adjust to every persons needs. The reason I say this is we have also had a couples massage with my wife and also gave my 5 year old one to. “Best massage I’ve had in a long time!. Good pressure, many techniques to get into knotted areas with hot stones and hands to relieve aches and soothe tender points. Friendly knowledgeable staff went above and beyond to accommodate us during online booking for several people with various requests and during checkout with direct billing. A good variety of services offered including acupuncture, cupping, Thai massage etc. Top notch services overall. Will book again for sure.”Read moreShow less

“I had high hopes for this place because the reviews seemed good and the therapist’s profile on the website was impressive. However, I just had the most bizarre experience, and I feel the need to share it. About halfway through my massage, I realized that I was not being massaged by the person I had booked in with. The therapist that was massaging me did not speak a word of English, and I couldn’t even communicate to them what I would like done. The massage just kept getting weirder as the therapist was using techniques that were a bit painful and seemed to lack experience. The temperature of the table was too hot, which I couldn’t tell them to turn it down because they didn’t understand and they also put some red light therapy on me which I would normally enjoy, but it just was not what I wanted for this particular appointment. To make things even more strange, about 3/4 of the way through the appointment, another therapist also came into the room and started asking me questions and also putting her hands on me. I asked her who she was, and this is when I found out that she was the therapist I had originally booked in with. I told her that I booked in with her, and not the therapist that was currently massaging me to which she replied that she was not feeling well. Something that should have been communicated to me prior to the appointment. Never in my life have I ever had something like this happen to me. Did they think I wasn’t going to be able to tell that it wasn’t the person I booked in with? And never in my life have I ever had a second person come into the room mid massage. The only redemption is that they ended up giving me the massage for free. Needless to say, I will not be returning.”Read moreShow less
