“Jst picked up my eye glasses today and let me tell you.. this place marks the spot! A wide selection of affordable frames from designer to whatever style. But it's the people that work here are the real treasure. Everyone starting from the doc himself, which makes the eye exam a fun and knowledgable experience to the beautiful individuals at the front who greet you from the minute you walk in, answering all your questions and providing you with the pre exam. “I am very disappointed with this store. I have been their customer for several years. Although I hadn't visited for a long time, I returned to place an urgent order for eyeglasses, hoping to place a rush order. Instead, I was confronted with an issue that should never have existed in the first place. What upset me was not the money itself, but rather the way I was treated and, in fact, what was done in this situation. I was told that I had received contact lenses from your office, when in reality I have never received any lenses, nor have I ever used any type of lenses. I was simply told that your computer system shows that I received them and that there was nothing you could do about it. Three years ago, I placed an order, but I cancelled it the next day. Shortly afterward, circumstances arose that required me to move to another province. I was more than willing to pay an additional amount if necessary. In fact, your colleague even suggested that I order progressive lenses for the future, and I agreed. However, this manner of handling the situation is not acceptable. This is the second time my credit with your office has been mishandled. The first time, I purchased a pair of sunglasses as a gift and returned them the following day. At the time of purchase, I had already advised the staff that I might need to return the item if the recipient was not satisfied with it. The staff member responsible told me that I would receive a credit, but that never happened. I even spoke with the owner , yet in the end only $30 of the $230 purchase price was refunded. And this is the second time. From the remaining credit balance of $89, an additional $79 was deducted based on the claim that I had received lenses. I have never received any lenses If this is not considered fraudulent or deceptive conduct, then please explain what it should be called. “I have been a customer of Optical Eye Works since 2019, and I cannot say enough good things about the team there. Nassima was absolutely amazing. After my appointment with Dr. Moosavi, who is a fantastic doctor and always professional and thorough, she spent a great deal of time helping me find the right frames. She showed me many different options and never rushed me, but I eventually decided to look elsewhere as well. That turned out to be a mistake on my part. I purchased frames from Costco and brought them to Optical Eye Works to have my prescription lenses fitted. After wearing those glasses for 2–3 weeks, I realized they were not comfortable at all. When I returned to Optical Eye Works, Nassima once again went above and beyond. She brought out numerous frame options, encouraged me to take my time, and patiently helped me try them on one by one. When I finally narrowed it down to two choices, she helped me make the final decision. Her patience, expertise, and genuine care made all the difference. I was able to return the Costco frames, and Optical Eye Works did not charge me again for the replacement lenses. That level of customer service is incredibly rare and shows how much they value their patients and customers. Ali, the owner, is also wonderful, and everyone at the clinic is friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. After being a customer for several years, I can confidently say that Optical Eye Works consistently provides exceptional care and outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!”Read moreShow less

“I visited Optical Eyeworks during an urgent time, where I needed a pair of glasses with my fixed prescription before a flight later that day. On such a time crunch, Shadi and the rest of the staff were extremely accommodating to my needs and specific situation. They had custom made my pair of glasses in less than an hour.
