“Wow. I have suffered with tension related headaches for years and years. I was going to a traditional chiro whenever it got unbearable, I would go for weeks on end and would have improvement for a little while but a few months later it would be back. I went to Matty and I noticed a difference after my first adjustment. The adjustment is so gentle I thought there's no way anything was happening but I was quite stiff and in a bit of pain after my first adjustment and then I noticed the difference immediately. I've had five adjustments now including my first in a year and my headaches are almost completely gone. It's been life changing and I'm so grateful. Thank you Matty and everyone!”

“For about 5 months I have been receiving treatments with Dr. Matthew Kittleston, at the NUCCA Burnaby clinic. This has been an absolutely fantastic experience for me. The kind, professional and respectful manner Dr. Kittleston and his office staff treat us patients with is very comforting. Every aspect of the treatment protocol is explained clearly, prior to adjustment. The cost for each element of treatment from X-rays to adjustments and further appointments is given from the beginning appointment. The adjustments are done very gently and effectively. Suggestions for improving movement to keep progressing are shared as well. I notice wonderful changes after each adjustment. As I am able to go longer without need for adjustment Dr. Kittleston suggests longer times between appointments. My migraines are less frequent and less intense since I have been under the care of Dr. Kittleston. It has been a very positive, life improving experience for me to receive chiropractic care and treatment from Dr. Kittleston. I will continue my treatment as needed to progress and maintain the gains I’m so grateful to have made. Don’t hesitate to see Dr. Matthew Kittleston at NUCCA Burnaby. I am so happy with my results!”

“Over the years I’ve tried a number of different chiropractors; Dr. Davis and Dr. Kittleson have been the only Chiropractors that have been able to provide immediate and lasting relief. For those new to NUCCA, it might seem like nothing is really done during the appointment (no cracking?). But I can say that while I’ve received immediate relief with some of the more aggressive (cracking) Chiropractors the pain always returns (and usually rather quickly). For truly lasting results, Dr. Davis/Kittleson are highly recommended!”
