  • Advance notice to cancel1 day

    As an appointment is a reservation of our time, we respectfully ask for 24 hours notice from the start time of your appointment for all canceled and rescheduled appointments, although at least 48 hours is much more appreciated.

  • Credit card to book

    A credit card on file is required to secure your appointment and will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

  • Arriving late shortens the visityour session will still end at the scheduled time

    If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid delaying the next client.

  • Fee for cancelling late

    If you are suddenly unable to make your appointment, you are able to send someone in your place to avoid the late cancellation fee.

  • Fee for a missed appointment

    • 50% of the service fee will be charged for no-shows or missed appointments.
