“Molly gave me a very good massage. My lower back and legs were very sore from work. After a 75 minute massage I was feeling no pain and was able to move again. I would recommend her as she is the best a 5 star service”

“I would not recommend booking with Molly. I have been a VIP customer at this clinic and have always had good experiences here, but today’s visit was very disappointing because of Molly. From the beginning, her attitude felt cold, rude, and unprofessional. I greeted her, but she did not respond. During the session, she did not seem to care about the customer’s comfort or feelings, and the whole experience made me feel very unwelcome. In the end, I had to switch to someone else. It is very disappointing to see this kind of service from one staff member at a clinic I have always liked. A bad attitude like this can really affect the customer’s overall experience. Thankfully, Nancy took over afterward, and she was excellent. She was polite, thoughtful, and clearly cared about the customer. Her massage technique was very effective. She is quite slim, but her pressure and technique were surprisingly strong and precise, almost like a fascia scraping tool. It was a little painful during the treatment, but in a very effective way. After the session, I could clearly feel better blood circulation in my muscles and much more relief. She also mentioned that she is very good at acupuncture, and I would be happy to try that with her next time. I also want to mention the lady at the front desk. She was the best receptionist I have met during all my visits here — professional, kind, and very helpful. Overall, I still appreciate this clinic, especially because of Nancy and the front desk staff, but I really hope the management pays attention to Molly’s attitude and service quality.”Read moreShow less

“When I went there for a massage, there was absolutely no sense of privacy. During the massage, the lady kept leaving, and she would open the door wide while walking out, loudly talking to her colleague. And third, the quality of the massage was so poor that even my 10 or 11-year-old daughter could have given a better one—like, it felt as if they were using a tool instead of their hands.
