“Stopped in last week with a pair of glasses that needed repair. Even though I've never been there before, they repaired them free of charge. Sure, it was a simple fix, but still... generous and kind. Everyone seems super happy and helpful. I'll definitely be back when I'm due for an exam. “Short review: We are very happy with the treatment we received from everyone and I mean EVERYONE at Nelson Family Eyecare. If you're looking for eye care, give them a call. Detailed Review: I had a vision concern late this summer. Though they shared my concern, my previous Dr's office couldn't fit me in but they were terrific, calling other practitioners until they found me an appointment with Dr. Newhouse with Nelson Family Eyecare. Everyone I dealt with was great including reception, technician performing tests and Dr. Newhouse herself were terrific. Dr. Newhouse diagnosed the problem, clearly articulated the condition, answered my questions and gave clear directions on what to expect as well as symptoms that, should they occur, required an appointment ASAP. Follow-up appointment booked for October 31. Today was my followup appointment for full exam. Leeanne, Kitty, Lucy, and Princess were dressed for success on Halloween (cat, Lucifer AKA devil, and a princess) were again great. Dr. Newhouse was her usual terrific practitioner. My wife too had her first appointment with the same staff. Her experience mirrored mine.”Read moreShow less

“Today I walked in with broken glasses, greeted with a friendly and sympathetic smile, all fixed up within 15 minutes, new nose pads on top and no charge! I go here for eye tests too and have always been happy, such friendly staff. Kudos!!”

“I’m so happy with my experience here! First time at this office and everyone was so friendly and helpful! Doctor Newman was very thorough and explained everything to me in detail in a way that I could understand. The front desk staff were so helpful and patient when it came to picking out my glasses. I didn’t catch the name of the lady helping me but she was so wonderful! She gave lots of helpful tips/suggestions and was very kind. What usually feels stressful felt fun and stress free! “I had an eye appointment and was greeted with happy faces and good vibes. I walked in and everyone was so kind and welcoming. Dr Jordan was lovely and explained things very throughly. After my appointment I went through glasses options and had a lot of help from the front desk. I also love that they have a borrow program to show family your potential frame picks before ordering.
