“I had a really great experience with Carol’s acupuncture treatments. What impressed me most was how attentively she listened and how quickly she got to the root of my discomfort. I originally came in because of my neck hump, and after few treatments I noticed it had reduced significantly. I also go to her for cosmetic acupuncture, which has really helped me and made a noticeable difference. She has such a calm, professional approach that made me feel comfortable and confident right from the first session. “I suffer from very severe vertigo. I underwent many medical tests and everything came back normal. Neither my family doctor nor specialists were able to offer any solution to relieve my vertigo. I tried natural therapies, chiropractic treatment, massage, and also saw other acupuncturists, but none of these helped. Eventually, I saw very positive reviews about Carol from other patients online, so I decided to give it a try. From our initial conversation, I could tell that she was very professional, which immediately put me at ease. What truly amazed me was that after just one acupuncture treatment, my vertigo improved by about 60%. Now, after three treatments, my vertigo is almost gone. She is truly very professional. “I had cervical spine issues that compressed the nerves, affecting my left shoulder and causing constant back pain that made it impossible to sleep. After receiving acupuncture treatment from Dr. Caral Xue, I was able to move freely after the first time treatment, and the pain was noticeably reduced. By the second time, most of the muscle pain was essentially gone, and even the numbness in my fingers started to improve significantly. Dr. Xue also advised me to use heat packs regularly, exercise, and avoid looking down for long periods.
