“I've had 2 appointments with Kim now, and have left feeling better each time! My neck and shoulders have been tight my whole life, other massages haven't spent enough time focusing on them and have only helped temporarily. I love that she gives instructions for what to do at home to further the benefits and see more lasting improvement! “Kim was very welcoming from beginning to end. She explained everything she would do and that I would benefit from. My shoulders are very rounded from a tight chest (kids, desk work, etc) so she helped loosen me up and also helped with my jaw that always cracks and grinding at night.
