“I went for my first ever physio appointment today for an old injury and in preparation to my first full marathon in the coming spring. Lucia Mathieson was nothing short of incredible. She went through the assessment very thoroughly. I was impressed with what was accomplished during the appointment. I left with specific knowledge on how to strengthen my weak points above the treatment and coaching I received. I was given a reasonable fitness/treatment plan and will be back in 2 weeks to check my progress.”

“I returned to Movement after not visiting for 5 years, and I am so happy I did. I had a physio assessment and treatment with Louise, and she was exceptional, as usual! She took the time to pinpoint the root cause of my issue, and I left feeling much better after just one session. The administrative side is just as smooth as I remembered. They offer direct billing to insurance, which saved me a lot of hassle. There is also parking available in the parkade with direct access to the clinic, so you don’t have to worry about finding a spot. For athletes of any ilk, this is professional care and a seamless experience. If you need a physio, I highly recommend booking with Louise!”

“Roma and the team were amazing. They squeezed me in last minute because of a sudden injury. The two at reception were so kind and helpful. They even found a nearby place for me to purchase a tensor following my appointment. Roma was incredibly knowledgeable, patiently describing my injury and showing it in great depth on the iPad. I was given helpful advice, suggestions for moving forward, and an offer for follow up. I was totally blown away and would highly recommend this place for physio any day.”
