“I always get my Massages with Audrea. She is very good at what she does and consistent throughout the 1hour. I come in with a tenses stiff back/shoulders and walk out as if weight was lifted off. I highly recommend Audrea!”

“I rarely write reviews, but I feel this needs to be said. It was my first time here so I didn't mind it being in a gym, which is not such a bad idea. But the environment can use more effort. The massaging room (next to the reception desk) was a small dark space. There was no air in the room, which left a heavy smell and it ended up blocking my nose throughout the experience. Even the massage therapist was sweating by the end of the hour. Please air out the room. There was no spa music (which I found strange), and it was incredibly loud due to the people banging weights and talking. Lastly, there were no pleasant smells, such as essential oils, etc... On the bright side, they had a salt lamp. I think there can be more focus on the environment, which would enhance the whole massaging experience. It wasnt relaxing at all. “Arlene is a great massage therapist, would give 6 stars if I could. She adapts her treatment based on how you feel, she has a great sense of where the tension is located. She used a combination of techniques, including deep tissue, hot towels, and stretching, to relieve my muscle tension and pain.
