“I’ve been going to Jeff for a little over three years now, and I honestly have nothing but great things to say. Jeff has been incredible throughout my recovery from multiple injuries—he’s knowledgeable, supportive, and always helps me get back on track at a great pace. Since the new location opened, I’ve also started getting massages with Victoria, and she’s just as amazing. She’s professional, attentive, and really knows how to target problem areas. “I had a few sessions of Physio with Nidhi, and it was a very positive experience. Nidhi was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my concerns. She explained the treatment clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout each session. The front desk staff were also excellent—friendly, welcoming, and very helpful with scheduling and any questions I had. Overall, the team made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. “I recently turned 50 and struggled with a pulled hamstring as well as upper extremity issues. Jeff has been invaluable. His treatments and plan helped me get back to running. I just finished the longest road race I have ever done, and with a PB. As an emergency physician myself, I can attest that his knowledge and skill is second to none. “Jeff and his team are exceptional! My daughter, Sophia, has been seeing Jeff following her ACL surgery, and her recovery has been faster and remarkably successful. “Nancy at the front desk is so friendly and helpful! Jeff the Physiotherapist is excellent! He listens and ensures your Physio plan is made for your needs and will change the plan if/when needed, depending on your mobility and all around health!!!
