Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a space in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the full appointment fee.
We will happily return unopened supplements within 30 days of original purchase. Pre-paid Naturopathic testing, special orders and tinctures cannot be returned.

“I cannot say enough about the care I received during the last 2/3 of my pregnancy. I was suffering with pinching rib pain and back pain that impacted my daily life for weeks. Dr. Giselle seriously worked her chiropractic magic and fixed my problems in a few short weeks!
