“Have tried everything in the past 10 years to find relief from headaches, locked hips, sore arms, sore neck and just about anything on this old body. Two sessions and I felt alive , like I could run. Never tried though. One more session and I’d been free. It’s been over 2 months since I’ve been there. Will go soon . But if I do the exercises he gave me ... it helps a lot. Be good to yourself for even just a good massage. You are worth it. It’s good to feel good”
