“Even though I arrived late for my appointment, Amber was very accommodating and extended the massage, which I greatly appreciated. The treatment was extremely relaxing, and I noticed significant relief in my pain and tension afterward. She was knowledgeable, professional, and seemed to know exactly what areas needed attention. “I had a great experience with RMT Gurjot for a body massage. She is very professional, skilled, and made me feel comfortable throughout the session. The massage was excellent and really helped relieve my muscle tension and stress. She took the time to understand my problem areas and adjusted the pressure perfectly. “I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt it was important to share my recent experience. I’ve visited this place before for a massage and had a great experience, which is why I decided to return. This time, I called in the morning to ask about availability and mentioned that I had some strain on one side of my back. The receptionist told me there was an opening in the afternoon and assured me that the RMT available specialized in deep tissue massage and had received good feedback. I arrived about 10 minutes early for my appointment and was called in about 15 minutes later from the time I arrived. After explaining my concerns and the areas I wanted to focus on (my back, legs, and glutes), the RMT told me I need to sign a waiver and she will be back. She left the room and returned roughly 7–8 minutes later with a tablet, apologizing for the delay. During the massage, she didn’t ask about specific pain points or check where I was experiencing tension. The session lasted about 45-46 minutes from the time she started, and it ended without being offered a hot towel, which I had received during my previous visit. When I went to pay, I mentioned to the receptionist that the session felt shorter than scheduled and explained the delays and overall experience. She said she couldn’t make any adjustments to make it 45 mins (since it was about 45 mins only) but would take note and inform the manager. Overall, I left feeling disappointed compared to my first visit. I had an appointment booked for acupuncture which I've asked them to cancel. I hope management reviews this feedback and ensures more consistency in service quality, as my initial experience here was excellent.”Read moreShow less
