“Sky is hands down the best RMT at Massage Addict! He is certified in Chinese medicine & has over 30 years of experience! He treats his patients as if it was his family. “Terrible experience with front desk assistant. This place has called me and spouse 20-30 minutes before our booked appointments on several occasions to cancel because the RMT was “sick” (the same one). We had *one* family emergency and the front desk rep refused to accommodate a reschedule, was very rude and abrupt and showed no empathy or loyalty to a long standing client. Said they will be charging us the full massage cost and doesn’t care of the reason. We will not be going back here!”Read moreShow less

“Incredible customer service from initial phone call to attendance in person with Reception and massage therapist Angelo, caters to every need of each client. Only thing I would recommend is let clients know right ahead of time regarding massage on glutes, didn't realize you need a waiver to be signed for this request. “A great place for monthly RMT massages. The interior is quiet, clean, and welcoming. They do direct billing which is great, and you're able to book online or in-person for appointments. If there was more availability for weekends my review would be weekends. I've experienced a few cancelled appointments which can be frustrating, especially if there is only one female RMT working weekends. Hopefully something they can remedy this year. “I don’t even know where to begin… Angelo didn’t give me a massage, he performed a full-body miracle. I walked in feeling like a crumpled piece of paper and left feeling like I’d just been reborn into a cloud made of pure relaxation. This man has hands from God. I’m not exaggerating—I’m pretty sure at one point I saw a bright light and heard angels singing while he worked on my shoulders. Every knot in my body packed its bags and moved out permanently. At one point I genuinely forgot my own name. Responsibilities? Gone. Stress? Never heard of her. I floated out of there like a majestic swan who just discovered self-care for the first time.
