“I have been a customer at massage addict for years and this place is one of the worse location I have attended. The lady by the name of Elena who was wearing scarf and working on Friday was the most inconsiderate person l met. I had an emergency and completely forgot to call them to update it due to unexpected situation and while I understand they have a policy to follow. She literally didn't show any empathy and told me if I don't come during my appt, she will charge me and hang up the phone when I tried to ask for alternates. I finally drove half an hour later and no one was at the front desk and I had to call out to learn she was at the back and told me to wait and the front when I'm already late for my appt. When I told her how unpleasant she was at my situation, she said thank you. That is how they made me feel when this was supposed to be a relaxing and pleasant experience.”

“I had Darryl (sorry if wrong spelling) - it was my first time at this location and I must say Darryl gave me one of THE BEST massages I’ve ever had . His techniques were great and comfortable! I was almost falling asleep it was so comfortable and relaxing !I highly recommend using Darryl if you go to this location ! Thank you !”

“Ronnie is a superb RMT! He employs deep tissue techniques that truly concentrate on the important regions that require attention, and he is competent and compassionate. I heartily endorse him! There are a number of massage parlours close to where I reside in Mississauga. To receive a massage from Ronnie, though, I have to go 25 kilometres to Milton South. For the past three years, I have been receiving massages from him, and each time has been fantastic. He is really outstanding. I would suggest him to everyone.”

“Came in due to a sport injury. Had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The environment is very welcoming and sets up the healing/relaxing vibe. My RMT Dimitri was fantastic. He took the time ti understand my needs and went right to work. The front desk help me set up payment with my health insurance company and no pressure to reply book....but I did since the experience was so good. If yiu need a deep tissue massage session, I woukd highly recommend Dimitri.”
