“Customer service sucks. The frontline staff is absolutely rude. They wouldn’t pick up the call and I was trying to cancel the appointment, they instead would not listen to me and were literally arguing over the phone instead of understanding someone’s situation. The clinic was closed a day prior, so as soon as I got a hold of them, I called, it’s not my fault if you ain’t picking up the calls. You gotta replace your frontline staff if you want business. “I definitely won't be going to this massage place. I dropped in to talk to someone about what forms needed to be filled out to become a client. After entering the premises, I stood inside waiting for the receptionist to acknowledge me, but she instead continued to type away on her keyboard, looking directly at the computer screen, refusing to glance my way. A simple, "Hi, I will be with you in a minute," would have been nice. After a couple of minutes of my standing there awkwardly, a second receptionist, who had been on the phone, hung up. I thought at least now I will be greeted. Instead, I got the same treatment. No acknowledgement, no greeting, absolutely nothing. And I was the only one there! No one in the waiting area or anywhere else that I could see. I don't care how good the massage therapists might be, first impressions tell me to definitely go elsewhere, which I will be doing.”Read moreShow less
