“I booked a postnatal massage, on 17 June 2026 at 2:30 pm ,but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The therapist who came for the treatment seemed unaware that I had booked a postnatal massage. It was only after I explained it to her that she realized which service I had booked. The massage was performed with very light pressure, which made me feel uncomfortable rather than relaxed. She also used cold oil during the treatment, which was quite unpleasant, especially for a postnatal massage. In addition, the massage itself was not done properly. The massage for my feet, hands, head, back, and stomach was very minimal and did not meet my expectations. As a result, I left feeling irritated and dissatisfied. When I came out, the receptionist asked how the treatment was. I mentioned that it was not very good, but no one followed up to ask what went wrong or how my experience could have been improved. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service. I paid $113 including tax, and I do not feel that the quality of the treatment justified the cost. “The Asian massage therapist didn't actually do a Swedish-like massage as I would expect from an rmt where they focus on the knots in the back which I thought we were going to do instead she was doing some techniques that didn't appear to be standard rmt or Swedish massage techniques and I don't know what she used but after the massage I now have an itchy dry face on the left side cuz she did do some kind of technique on my face too so I don't know . The back upper back is really dry and itchy as well and it would be nice if I know what she used but honestly I've gone to many massages like this for a Swiss massage and this is the first one for a Swedish massage and this is the first one that I totally did not recognize it to be that kind of Massage definitely different than what I expected, perhaps she used more Asian techniques? She was very nice though and I gave her a tip but after experiencing a dry itchy area under my left eye and on the back of my neck and upper back I can't give more than 2 stars. It wasn't all bad as there were some techniques that were done well. Just not what I expected.”Read moreShow less
