“Our experience was extremely disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of the front desk staff. The bald gentleman at the front desk was rude, aggressive, and disrespectful throughout the interaction. The issue arose because there was a misunderstanding regarding the availability of a female masseuse. While we did not specifically request one during the booking, the business also failed to inform us that one would not be available. It was clearly a shared misunderstanding. When we arrived and were informed of the situation, we politely offered to wait until a female masseuse became available. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the staff member aggressively insisted that we pay for a male masseuse. When we explained that the misunderstanding was not entirely our fault, he refused to acknowledge any responsibility and placed all the blame on us. The situation quickly escalated because of his aggressive attitude. He used discriminatory language that made us feel unwelcome, and at one point he charged toward me in an intimidating manner as though he was about to become physically violent. We were there with our 18-month-old child, and no family should have to experience such behavior from someone working in customer service. To avoid further escalation, we decided to leave. What made this even more disappointing is that we were regular customers and had visited this business many times before. After this experience, we will never return. I sincerely hope the owners investigate this incident and provide proper customer service and de-escalation training to their staff. No customer deserves to be treated this way.”Read moreShow less

“Punctual and on time. I asked for high pressure. My rmt was Anthony. He's very good. He work on the areas I had pain. After the second day I feel awesome and relaxed. Very nice clean place. I would recommend 10 out of 10. Thank you”

“My very first appointment was a reflexology appointment which was amazing. Based off that appointment I decided to book a massage appointment hoping to get the same amazing experience, unfortunately that wasn’t the case. I specifically told the RMT where I would like her to focus and she completely disregarded my request. The massage was rough on the skin because she was not using enough lotion.
