“When we originally came here we were told there had to be 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Recently I tried to cancel an appointment over 24 hours notice. I was still charged the full fee of the appointment. When I questioned this the administrator didn't understand why I was charged either. Later let me know that they change their policy two weeks ago that I had to give 48 hours notice. Nobody told me about this and the administrator didn't even know it was a rule. They refused to refund the charge and insurance won't cover it because they call it a missed appointment even though I gave them plenty notice. This is a scummy business practice and I will be fighting the charge on my credit card. You can't change rules retroactively without informing your patients.”
