“Both of my daughters wanted long layers and face framing. They both showed pictures and videos of what they wanted. Their hair was very long and they didn’t ask for any length to be cut just lairs. The salon was very dirty there was no sanitization after using the chairs or washing station. Both workers were unmasked and helping 3 clients at a time. Even after the haircut the lady kept saying their hair was not long enough and “too dry”. We paid for a “deep conditioning” which we had high hopes for. It turns out it was just Off brand shampoo and conditioner that had an unpleasant scent. This treatment just made my daughters hair dry and brittle. After the wash and cut the lady did not blow dry our hair she put the big dying blow dryer that you use when dying hair to dry our hair. After she cut the split ends she kept going and never asked how much I wanted to cut off. I do not recommend going here. If you want to get your hair trimmed or lairs please do not visit Mantra Beauty Bar. There workers need to be trained. They do not know how to cut a simple hair style on anyone.”Read moreShow less

“I recommend everybody not to go to Mantra Beauty Bar, especially for Groupon. I had to call Groupon to get my refund. That beauty bar refuses to booked me an appointment even though I booked a new one and they wanted me to give as a gift. No way! This is for my personal self. “my bf mother had the same issue with mantra my mother in law has many health issues and had to cancel many times as well relating her health an all ng being a trusting lady they asked for her credit card and said then you don't have to worry about it when your hair is done however when my mother in law couldn't make it they charged her as well for her not being able to show up saying it was the time wasted on their staff time my mother in law was so hurt to know they robbed her mind . I'm so sick of the rich preying on little old ladies that just wanna have their hair done I know my mother in law has gotten her nails done there a few times and I looked at them and I swear I could've done a better job the nails were uneven the staff was so unpleasant like they didn't like their jobs I would never recommend this salon to anyone either they over charge and can't even do a good job and charge little old ladies that are on a pension I see how they can have big massive house to feed and house their own kind...”Read moreShow less

“I would not recommend this to nobody my mother had an appointment with the coupon so it would have been $50 and she had to change and then I couldn't do it she was apologetic and everybody was fine with it so ahe madet another appointment with her understanding she was supposed to be there but was supposed to be there for 12 she fell running out the door to get there for 12:30 tried to give them a call back and ask her daughter that came hone tonuse her cell as fell andm is a little messed up and no Wi-Fi she gave a call back on my phone on a Saturday and the lady that answered the phone was very rude took $50 out of her account that's meaning 100% what my mom wanted for her hair to be done and if you are late in any other places it should be 5% to 10% not the full hundred percent I'm pissed she's pissed they wouldn't do anything for her or even give her a haircut even if she paid money she continued to argue and finally would not would not return refund her money and said sorry I have to go and hung up the phone the worst customer service I have ever heard and from and I would not want to see anybody else go there unless you want your money took in from you and add what I see from other comments bad haircuts disrespectful customer service at all-around bad manicures add hair removal so definitely not worth your shot so what you came for what you pay and for what you're going to get”Read moreShow less
